Think slowly, test small

My way of moving forward: reflect first, test on a small scale and learn along the way.

Before deciding, I set aside time to reflect, research and analyse. Then I prefer to move at a small scale: start from a hypothesis grounded in data, test it and decide whether to iterate or scale.

It is not about getting it right the first time, but about starting on the right foot. A good map does not guarantee the route, but it saves you from setting off blind.
