Across cultures
Languages, travel and my first international experiences taught me to observe and adapt. They also taught me to work across cultures and understand other ways of doing things.
About me › My lens
Originally from Avignon and now living in the province of Barcelona, I grew up between cultures and languages. That experience sparked my interest in nuance and different ways of understanding the same thing.
Listening, asking a little more and understanding before taking something for granted.
Avignon, where my story begins.
Barcelona, part of my story today.
I have always enjoyed exploring a subject and finding a way to tell its story. As I write, I connect ideas and organise what I observe, hoping to share something that might be useful or spark a question.
I am interested in understanding what people experience and how it influences their decisions. Curiosity, listening and creativity shape the way I work.

Languages, travel and my first international experiences taught me to observe and adapt. They also taught me to work across cultures and understand other ways of doing things.
I grew within operational marketing and took on more responsibility. I coordinated sales materials, trade fairs and suppliers, and managed online and offline publications for different markets.
In my most recent role, I took responsibility for operational marketing in a B2B and B2B2C environment. I set priorities, coordinated teams and suppliers, and oversaw the delivery of initiatives across different markets.
The challenge. An industrial brand going through a period of change.
What I did. Adapting messages and materials while keeping everyday marketing activity running.
What I learned. maintaining consistency through change.
The challenge. For several years I coordinated participation in numerous industrial trade fairs, specialist conferences and international professional meetings aimed at very different audiences and markets, both B2B and B2B2C.
What I did. Coordinating each participation: planning, materials, suppliers, logistics and collaboration with the teams involved.
What I learned. Working in such different contexts taught me that adapting does not mean losing consistency, but understanding better who is in front of you.
The challenge. At different stages I helped organise internal meetings between people and teams who did not always have the chance to meet.
What I did. I coordinated internal days, looking after the organisation as well as the content and the overall experience.
What I learned. An experience is also built from the inside. Caring about how people in a team feel can change the way they relate to and work with each other.
Some of the people I've worked with tell it better than I could.
